Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a store credit or exchange will be issued.

Cash refunds are not currently offered.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose:

Store credit for future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and operational reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
