Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Approved refunds are issued only as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on Zonoa.

Store credit will be provided after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our team.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photographs of the product and packaging must be shared for verification.

Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Items

Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines, Zonoa is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, unforeseen circumstances, or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
